1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and vip1 ("vip1," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vip1.im ("Platform," "Site"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature or service offered by vip1, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of vip1 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. vip1 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation (including a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identity document) at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds within such accounts will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each User may hold only one registered account on vip1. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the issue.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address or Pakistani mobile number, and residential address. Providing false information, including false identity or age, is a material breach of these Terms. vip1 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and may require supporting documents before processing withdrawals.

2.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, vip1 requires all Users to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Verification of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. vip1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify vip1 immediately via live chat support. vip1 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security layer. Sessions on unrecognised devices will require additional verification where 2FA is active.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vip1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are conducted in PKR; no currency conversion is applied on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. vip1 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third party and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered User. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Processing times are published within the cashier section and vary by payment method. vip1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 No Unlawful Transactions

You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or circumvention of financial regulations. vip1 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by vip1 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made of winnings derived from bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• vip1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple sign-up bonuses, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• VIP programme tier benefits, cashback rates, and reload bonus terms are subject to the VIP programme terms published on the Platform.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the vip1 Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market. General rules applicable to all activity include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or voided by the User after placement unless the relevant game or sport rules specifically permit in-play cancellation.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game or betting session, vip1 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 international matches, and bilateral ODI series — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section. Rules regarding abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis method outcomes, and void markets are detailed therein.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented by the live dealer or game interface. The game-specific rules displayed within the session take precedence in the event of any dispute.
• Slot game results are governed by the certified RNG (Random Number Generator) of each game provider. RTP figures for each slot are available in the individual game information panel.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and market, and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip1 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or if online gaming is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent any part of the Platform's security infrastructure.
• Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip1 Platform — including but not limited to the vip1 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of vip1 or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of vip1. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any Platform service.
• Technical faults, server errors, or connectivity issues affecting your ability to place bets or access games.
• Losses incurred from gaming or betting activity on the Platform.

vip1 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

vip1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to pause gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity is detected.
• KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
• Responsible gaming concerns are identified that require protective action.
• The User requests voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified balances attributable to real-money deposits (net of applicable bonuses and wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to identity verification. vip1 is not obligated to return bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where these Terms have been breached.

12. Amendments to These Terms

vip1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or via an on-Platform notification. The amended Terms will take effect upon publication on vip1.im. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact vip1 support to attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaint process. vip1 will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a final response within 30 days.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of vip1 complies with the laws applicable in your location, including Pakistani law. vip1 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.
